Bezzera - BZ40

The BZ40 is ideal for hotels, restaurants, and small cafes where space is limited and high performance is required. Featuring  volumetric group control and two 1450w-heating elements (2900W) controlled by a commercial pressure switch. It also has a double pressure gage to accurately control boiler and pump pressures.
